일반 사용자 메뉴얼

일반 사용자는 Login 후 Apply for exam, 결제, qualifications status OK 흐름을 중심으로 사용합니다.

1. 시작하기

1. /bbs/login.php에서 Login합니다.
2. /pages/online_exam_sessions.php 또는 /pages/apply_exam.php에서 exam information를 OK합니다.
3. /pages/mypage.php에서 application status와 결제 status를 다시 OK합니다.

2. Sign up과 Login

• name, contact information, email, Date of Birth을 실제 정보로 input합니다.
• 인증 절차가 있다면 Complete한 뒤 Login합니다.
• 중요한 application 작업은 가급적 PC 환경에서 진행합니다.

3. Apply for exam

• online public exam은 list에서 회차, 시험코드, 기관, application 가능 여부를 OK합니다.
• 일반 시험은 안내 페이지에서 자격 요건과 documents to be submitted를 먼저 OK합니다.
• application 후 My page에서 status를 다시 OK합니다.

4. 결제와 status OK

status는 보통 Ordered -> Awaiting Payment -> Paid -> Complete 순서로 진행됩니다. 결제 직후 반영이 늦을 수 있으므로 잠시 후 다시 OK합니다.

5. qualifications과 실물 qualifications

• 발급 가능한 item을 OK한 뒤 application 또는 재application을 진행합니다.
• 실물 qualifications은 결제 Complete 후 status가 갱신될 수 있습니다.

6. OK 체크리스트

• Login status인지 OK
• 회원정보가 최신인지 OK
• application 시험과 회차가 맞는지 OK
• 결제 필요 여부 OK
• My page에서 최종 status 재OK
